- Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt – 20 days of classroom instruction over 4 months
- Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt – 10 days of training held over three weekly training sessions, each separated by approximately 6 weeks
- Lean and Six Sigma Champion – 3 days of training for managers looking for an in depth introduction to Lean and Six Sigma
- Master Black Belt Development Program – Master Black Belt candidates must complete Black Belt certification prior to entering Enera’s Master Black Belt Development Program
